Mindfulness, Meditation and Raja Yoga (Seminar)

Meditation according to Theosophy emphasises practices which are responsible, safe and beneficent. It is said the best path to a true, stable and easy meditation is selflessness, achieved through a gradual “letting go of the shackles of the personal self.”

Saturday 14th June afternoon Seminar 3 – 6:15 pm True meditation is a priceless acquisition and can start with even small efforts, if correctly directed. A stilled & cultivated mind can regenerate man in all the overlapping spheres of life.
